We would like to express our appreciation for the prompt and courteous service we received regarding a leak we reported on Saturday, January 28th, 2006. It was the first rainstorm since our roof was installed in September, 2005, and it happened to be a Sunday. I contacted their office at 8:00 am, and had a response from Jonathan by 10:20 a.m. the same day. Their crew was at my premised by 12:15 that afternoon to take care of the problem. Foreman, Lupe Garcia, advised that he would be back later in the week to check for any damage that may have occurred. Everyone we encountered was courteous and professional.
